Casus Belli

Casus Belli is a Latin expression: an event or action that justifies or allegedly justifies a war or conflict. In the video, all kinds of people are waiting in seven different queues. The first person in each queue becomes the last of the next one, thus creating an enormous human line. But at the end of the line, it all begins backwards again.
